This short course titled Receiving Visitors leads students to improve their conversation and helps them build up their vocabulary. It focuses on receiving visitors at a company or in a hotel and will guide you to learn the expressions you need to introduce yourself and others, how to welcome visitors and show them the way.  
In Greeting & Welcoming Visitors (Elementary level), students will also learn how to ask the right questions, apologize for a delay, and look after visitors. The course includes many activities that will enhance your knowledge and help you become more confident and more fluent using the English language. On completion of this short course, learners will have acquired vital knowledge related to first time meetings, greetings, and making clients feel welcomed.
